Coming Soon Movies page 47. Years from now, as people look back on the many ways the Covid-19 pandemic has forever changed the definition of "everyday life," movies will no doubt be a big part of that conversation. Since the beginning of 2020, the coronavirus mandate has had the power to halt all film production for weeks, and sometimes months, continuously (if not entirely). On the distribution side, closed cinemas do not solve the problem. Some of the most anticipated movies of 2020 and 2021 have been postponed or have had their release dates changed multiple times, in part due to the growing popularity of the day-and-date distribution model (i.e. when a movie opens in theaters in the same date) . the day comes down to cable or broadcast networks, which not all filmmakers struggle with. We can't say whether you'll see the biggest movie of 2024 in theaters, on a streaming service, or from the comfort of your living room couch. But what we do know is that there are tons of movies to watch in the coming months. This is one of the most anticipated movies on our list.
